The Website, Platform, and all related services are collectively referred to as the "Services."

Agentric PRO is a B2B platform. Our primary users are businesses and their authorised representatives who connect their Meta Business accounts and WhatsApp Business numbers to our Platform to improve operational efficiency. We do not provide consumer-facing social login or collect data from end consumers of our clients' businesses.

Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your Personal Information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. 1.1 Information You Provide

When you register for an account, subscribe to our Services, or interact with us, you may provide us with Personal Information, including:

1.2 Information Collected Through Meta Integrations

When you connect your Meta Business account or WhatsApp Business number to our Platform, we may access and process the following data on your behalf:

• Meta Business account identifiers and access tokens
• Advertising campaign data (campaign structure, performance metrics, budgets, and ad creatives)
• WhatsApp Business profile information and messaging metadata
• Audience and targeting configurations

Important: We (Digicraft SRL / Agentric PRO), not Meta, are collecting and processing this data. The data obtained through Meta integrations is used solely for the purpose of providing our Services to your business. We do not use friends' data or any personal data of end consumers outside the context of your authorised business operations.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect information about your device, browsing actions, and usage patterns when you interact with the Website and Services, including:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and browsing behaviour on our Website
• Referring URLs

We collect this information to improve our Services, ensure security, and monitor performance.

1.4 Cookies

We use the Personal Information we collect for the following purposes:

4. Meta Platform Integration

4.1 Meta Business and Ads Integration

Our Platform integrates with the Meta (Facebook) Business API to allow you to manage your advertising campaigns. We access your Meta Business account only with your explicit permission and solely for the purpose of managing ad campaigns, retrieving performance data, and optimising your advertising spend. We do not access or store any information from your Meta account beyond what is necessary for these purposes.

4.2 WhatsApp Business Integration

Our Platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business API to provide an omnichannel dashboard for your business communications. We access your WhatsApp Business number(s) with your authorisation to aggregate messaging data, facilitate customer communications, and provide operational insights. We do not read, store, or process the content of personal WhatsApp messages unrelated to your business operations.

4.3 Revoking Access

You can revoke our access to your Meta Business account or WhatsApp Business number at any time through your Meta Business Settings or by contacting us at contact@agentric.pro. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing new data from your accounts and will delete stored data in accordance with our data retention policy (see Section 8).

5. Disclosure of Information

We may share your Personal Information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering and improving our Services (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools). We require these third parties to maintain confidentiality and security standards consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information to third parties. Data obtained through Meta integrations is never sold.

We may disclose your information where required by law, in response to valid legal processes, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

If we pass Meta or WhatsApp data into internal tools (such as CRMs or analytics dashboards), this internal sharing is conducted strictly within the scope of the original purpose for which you authorised us to access the data.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorised access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Deletion and User Control

You may request deletion of your Personal Information and account data at any time by:

• In-Platform: Using the data management options available within the Agentric PRO dashboard (where available).

Once we verify your identity, we will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business reasons.

When a business is no longer a client of Agentric PRO, we delete all data associated with that business's account, including all data obtained through Meta integrations, within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• Account and billing data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 5 years after termination as required by Romanian tax and accounting regulations.
• Meta and WhatsApp integration data is retained only for the duration of your active use of the Platform and is deleted upon account termination or revocation of access.
• Automatically collected data (analytics, logs) is retained for up to 24 months.

9. International Data Transfers

Our primary operations are based in the European Union (Romania). Your Personal Information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the EU/EEA where our service providers operate (e.g., cloud hosting providers in the United States). Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, to protect your data in accordance with the GDPR.
